Belle, also known as Gumdrop Lass 1, Candy Person 79, Teen Gumdrop 1 and Mini 16/Small 16, is a candy who has appeared in many episodes and her best friend, Patricia in the series. She debuted in "The Enchiridion!" and had her first major role in "Grim Groom's Regular."

She resembles a pink gumdrop. She wears purple glasses, a small, pink bow, a pink and white skirt, and little pink cowgirl boots.

Gumdrop Lass 1 is a pretty commonly used five girls in the series. She has made many notable roles as well as non-speaking minor ones. He makes his most notable appearance in the episode "Grim Groom's Regular" as a regular Chum Bucket customer named Bebe Peterson. She can commonly be seen alongside Gumdrop Lass 2 in many episodes. She makes her biggest role yet in the episode "Five Short Graybles," along with Patricia, Jessie, Chocoberry, and Marie.
