Blue Guy is a character who looks exactly like old SMG4, except his skin is blue. He only appeared in "Super Mario 64 Bloopers: The Mystery Of The Missing White And Blue".
History[]
Super Mario 64 Bloopers: The Mystery Of The Missing White And Blue[]
He was first introduced when Starman3 and Mario try to find SMG4, who they say was missing. Mario puts up "wanted" signs for SMG4, which Starman3 questions. They see him, whose back is facing away from them, making him look like SMG4. When they walk over to him, he turns around and looks at them. After a small talk, he tells them he can't find their friend and walks away.
Later on, a policeman is seen chasing him because he saw SMG4 on the "wanted" posters and Blue Guy looked extremely similar to him.
