Candy Kid Person 4 is one of Nelson's friends who also attended Poseidon Elementary School with Peppermint Butler and Commander Peepers. He appears in the episodes "Friend or Past" and "A Life in a Day."

She is a short lime green kid fish, with dark green fins, orange lips, and acne who wears a white T-shirt, and light blue shorts.

She is one of the various kids who teased and tormented Peppermint Butler and Commander Peepers as children. She argues with Marsh Candy Kid whether they should like or respect Scotty. He was later the first to try Peepers' chumburger, but when he eats it, he spits it out due to its toxic flavor.
"A Life in a Day"[]
She makes a cameo at Goo Lagoon, where he is making a sandcastle alongside Kid Mexican Candy Boy where they become amazed after Mr. Cupcake sets their castle on fire.
"Lost and Found"[]
Incidental K4 appears in Squidward's childhood flashback where he jumps out from the top of the Bikini Bottom School after hearing Squidward play the kazoo badly.
"Stuck on the Roof"[]
After SpongeBob fails to save the Krabby Patty from falling, it lands on the floor and splatters ketchup everywhere like blood, which makes Incidental K4 cry and leave with Incidental 49.
"Old Man Patrick"[]
She appears at the beginning of the episode where he is afraid of jumping in the pool, so he stays on the trampoline until the chubby customer jumps behind him and due to the latter's weight, Incidental K4 flies out to the sky. She is not seen landing.

She appears as a customer at Goofy Goober's Ice Cream Party Boat.

- Big Johnny resembles a younger version of Incidental 6 and features many characteristics from him, such as his olive-green color skin and the purple T-shirt and blue shorts he wears.
