Candy Person 40, also known as the jelly bean eating burger, Candy Person 40BABY, Candy Baby 2, and the candy at window, is an incidental character who first appears in the episode "The Enchiridion!." His incidental type is currently unknown.
Appearance[]
He is a blue jelly belly with arms and legs, He has black eyes. He wears a white T-shirt and red shorts with a white stripes. In his even older appearances, he wore no clothing. The candy eating burger has the same appearance as Candy Person 40's old design.

Personality[]
Like most incidentals, Candy Person 40 doesn't really have a consistent personality, but he has shown to have a rather aggressive behavior in a large number of his appearances, even more so than other incidentals who have commonly shown some aggressive behaviors throughout the series.
Names[]
Andrew is Candy Person 40's most consistently used generic name in the franchise. It has been used for him in "BMO in Love" as a pet store employee, and episode 3 of The Bikini Bottom Inquirer for his torchbearer appearance in "The Fry Cook Games." It was also used for him in "Roller Cowards" while he was portraying a character in a commercial. However he has had three other one time generic names:
- In "Porous Pockets," he is named Bill.
- In "Welcome to the Magic Kingdom Triangle," he is a coachman called Reginald.
- In "Lost in New York City," a sports shirt wearing Candy Person 40 is named Scott.
Role in series[]
Candy Person 40 is one of the most commonly used incidental characters in the show. He has made many major and speaking roles throughout the series as well as minor non-speaking roles. In many episodes, he has been shown to have a rather aggressive behavior. He also has a "Baby" suffix variant that has made a few appearances throughout the series as well as a "Baby" variant known as Candy Baby 2 who has also made a few appearances. He was firstly designed to be a Snack Bar customer that was labeled as a character that was known as "candy eating burger."

He wants to Finn gets sand in his eyes while waving a beach towel at all the beachgoers.

He and Candy Person 32 attempt steal Finn's hats, but are scared by Finn blow bubbles.

He orders a milkshake at the Krusty Krab, however he became unsatisfied with his shake due to it being too hard and solid. After SpongeBob graduates from the Milkshake Academy, he gets another milkshake and claims it is the best one he ever had.

Candy Baby 2 appears as one of the babies that Patrick and Squidina were assigned to babysit throughout the episode. A pair of Baby Jelly Bellies also appear as twins with Candy Person 16 and Candy Person 61 as their parents where the two babies have their parents bang their heads into each other.

- Coincidentally, he appears wearing a shirt reading "40" in "Lost in New York City."

- In "Slimy Leaping" and "Pat Hearts Squid," he is mistakenly shown without eyebrows.
