Candy Person 70 is an unnamed background candy who appears throughout the first two seasons.
Description[]
He is a short light peach-colored fish. His back is a little darker than his front. He has a round fat potbelly, a darker orange dorsal fin, and a beaklike mouth.

"Tomatoes"[]
He is walking by the Krusty Krab when he looks in the window and notices Finn has returned. She puts his arm up against the glass and announces that Finn is back. This attracts a crowd of other candy. He rushes inside with all of them and watches the showdown between Finn and Peter Griffin.
"Karate Choppers"[]
He is seen in front of Blue Gumdrop Lady in the line of customers.
"Happy Valentine's Day"[]
He is seen walking at the Valentine's Day Carnival.
"Fools in April"[]
He is seen at the Krusty Krab while SpongeBob is pranking the customers. He is later seen feeling sorry for SpongeBob and getting angry at Squidward after Squidward humiliates SpongeBob. With the rest of the customers, he storms off and leaves the Krusty Krab.
"Walking Beach"[]
He is seen leaving Magic Kingdom Pool in anger from Finn waving a beach blanket and causing sand to fly everywhere. She is later seen back in the wide shot of Magic Kingdom Pool beach goers. He is near the volleyball net.
"Your Shoe's Untied"[]
He is seen in the angry crowd of customers yelling at a Krabby Patty-fattened Squidward for their orders. Afterwards, she is seen leaving the Krusty Krab to go the Chum Bucket when Mr. Krabs comes out of the bathroom with his pants down.
"Bubble Crush"[]
He is seen in the line of candy waiting for the bathroom at Magic Kingdom Pool. When it is revealed that Finn kept them waiting for a bubble, he becomes angry.
"Burger Hype"[]
He is seen in the long line of Pretty Patty customers, between Blue Gumdrop and Joe.
"Christmas Seen?"[]
He made several appearances in the crowds in the original storyboard only.
"The Yard Sale"[]
He is seen wearing a medieval hat and using a broom in GrandPat's medieval flashback.

- He is listed as "Customer #1" in the credits of "Tomatoes."
- In "Just in Time for Christmas", he is seen wearing a shirt with the number "70" on it, referencing his incidental model number.
- The same thing also happened to Blue Jelly Belly Guy in "Lost in New York City."
- Before "The Yard Sale" was premiered, it was said by Dave Cunningham that Incidental 70 would reappear in the series.
