Candy Person 89, also known as Cashier 1, the werewolf, the coin candy, and the driving instructor, is an incidental character who first appears in the episode "Ricardio the Heart Guy." His incidental type is currently unknown.

He is a brown candy bar with arms and legs, He has black eyes. He wears blue jeans and a black belt with a silver belt buckle. In his older appearances, he had his eyes on top of his and head, with bags under them.

The next day, he opens the Toy Barrel, telling the kids to have fun, and is surprised to see SpongeBob and Patrick leave from the store after he opened it, realizing that they hid in the store at night and narrowly avoided getting caught trespassing.
In this episode, he is named Stanley, although he is incorrectly referred to as Frank by the security guard - twice, even after Stanley corrects him.
