He appears as the leader of the gang of kids who decided to turn the Krusty Krab grill into a race cart. He also races against Mr. Krabs and SpongeBob. At the end of the episode, he and the gang of kids turn the Krusty Krab itself into a race cart.

He is one of the many guests at Finn's surprise birthday party, where he pulls pranks on the various party goers. He hits Marshmallow Girl with a cupcake, and Marshmallow Girl then asks Lumpy Space Princess for one of his paintings so he can hit Hat child back. Marshmallow Girl then throws it, but it misses.
Hat child later sprays whipped cream on the floor and runs off. Mrs. Puff comes by and slips on the whipped cream.
