He is a tall young tan fish with yellow hair. He wears blue overalls and a green undershirt.

Twin teen boy has made only two appearances in the series so far. He makes his biggest appearance yet in his debut as one of the main antagonists alongside Candy Person 95, Candy Person 96, and Candy Person 98. He appears to be the twin brother of Twin teen girl.

He is a member of the group of kids that stole the Krusty Krab grill from the Krusty Krab to make it into a racing cart, he as well as Twin teen girl are seen spray painting the grill with yellow spray paint. As well as that, he and Twin teen girl throw marbles at Finn and Jake while the two are racing down Magic Kingdom.
