She is a tan fish who has long blonde hair. She wears blue overalls and a dark pink shirt.

Incidental 184 makes a very few appearances in the series so far, for she is one of the background characters that didn’t debut in the first two seasons. She makes her biggest appearance yet in her debut as one of the main antagonists alongside Candy Person 95, Candy Person 96, and Candy Person 97. She appears to be the twin sister of Incidental 183.

She is a member of the group of kids that stole the grill from the Krusty Krab to make it into a racing cart. She as well Twin teen boy spray paint the grill with yellow spray paint. As well as that, they both throw marbles at Jake and Finn while the group of kids she is in and Finn and Jake are racing down New York City. She and the others then steal the Krusty Krab at the end of the episode and make it their racing kart.
