747 Sigma Street is the address of the studio where Chet Flenderson is usually at, the area in which he produces his show with his two employees, Penny and Flare. This studio, an embodiment of acting, filmmaking and content creation, stands 2 stories high and is fully furnished. It first makes its appearance in "First Report, Second Thoughts" from The Chet Flenderson Show's first season and has been making appearances in almost every episode of the show since its debut in May 2023.
