Chloe Forsythe is a minor character in the Crossover Time series.
Chloe makes her first appearance in the episode S̶M̶G̶4̶: I Can't Believe It's Not SMG4! who acts as a doppelganger counterpart to Vivian. She is a cyborg gamer and aspiring stage actress, and a former member of the Anti-Cast, thus Kim's former ally. Chloe is one of the seven former secondary antagonists of the YouTube Arc. In the fourth quarter of the tenth season, Chloe became allied with Team Heroes, along with Irving and Robot Marc.
Likewise, Chloe is reprised by her voice actor, Idina Menzel, who voices her Cyber Runners counterpart.

Personality[]
Like her Cyber Runners counterpart, Chloe is shown to be both laid-back yet immensely competitive. However, she is more irritable than the original while she still has her insane amount of sass.
She is the absolute opposite of Vivian, as she acts more aggressively than she does and is much less friendly. In addition, she has a right metal arm instead of a left one and has orange hair.
She seems to show a little more empathy than her Cyber Runners counterpart, as shown in Crossover Time Christmas Special 2020 when Robot Jones (dressed as Santa) tells Vivian that he won't get her the limited-edition puffball themed PlayStation 5. As a result, Chloe threatens Robot Jones from a distance that she will shoot off Robot Jones's balls if he doesn't give Vivian what she wants.

Trivia[]
- Her good behaviour is based on the temperance, as she establishes a connection with The Moon.
- It's possible that her Crossover Time design is based on her Cyber Runners Season 2 design, as opposed to Vivian, whose design is based on Season 1. However, her eyebrows are black similar to her Season 1 design.
- Vivian notes Chloe being familiar, as a nod to their rivalry in Cyber Runners. It gives the impression they may have met each other or is simply a nod to the fact that they know each other in an alternate universe.
- It is unknown if Chloe's cybernetic arm contains similar enhancements as Vivian's cybernetic arm, such as game warping, as no one in the series has directly tampered with it, compared to Tari's arm of which has been tampered in every episode where it has been vulnerable.
- This is likely due to Chloe being more capable of fending for herself, therefore forcing anyone who approaches her far out of reach.
- Vivian and Chloe's respective debuts in the Crossover Time Universe and the Cyber Runners Universe are reversed. Vivian first appeared in Crossover Time before appearing in Cyber Runners, and is thus considered an Crossover Time original character, but her inclusion was to foreshadow her role as the latter show's protagonist, whereas Chloe first appeared in Cyber Runners and her eventual appearance in Crossover Time was completely unannounced and unexpected, and thus regarded as a canon immigrant to the episodes continuity.
