Chuck is a short mint green frog with a white underbelly.
Clothing[]
Chuck wears a tall hat that covers his eyes, made of brown thatch with a brown band. He also wears faded dark blue overalls as his casual everyday outfit. While in the Wartwood resistance, Chuck wore dented brown torso armor, a blue scarf, and tattered brown shorts.
Personality[]
He is extremely fond of his job, stating it any chance he can, which is growing tulips, to the slight annoyance of Anne. He is also very protective and trustful, as Hop Pop had him watch over the Farm while he and his family traveled to Newtopia.
His dialogue consists mostly of "I grow tulips!" However, he has spoken words other than his catchphrase. Although it was mostly only in his debut episode.
Background[]
Chuck is a farmer who lives in Wartwood Swamp and grows only tulips.
In "Handy Anne", Hop Pop hired him to watch the Plantar Farm while the Plantars and Anne head to Newtopia.
In "Maddie & Marcy", while Chuck is watering his Tulips, Maddie Flour's sisters: Rosemary, Lavender, and Ginger Flour, who grew big from a potion, starts crying and they water his tulips. His reply is "You grow Tulips".
In "Commander Anne", he is seen guarding the entrance to the Plantar house as he welcomes Anne, Sasha, Frobo, and the Plantars.
