Eustace Wendell is a character from Better Days. He was a retiree at Shady Shoals rest home until it was destroyed by a sea quake in episode 2.
Description[]
During the third and second sea wars, he was an army lieutenant, when he wasn't one he was either running a store, or just bored. He was retired during the third sea war after getting almost shot.
