Fantastic Carnival is the fifty-third episode of the show SpongeToons, and the first episode of season four. In this episode, SpongeBob and the gang after losing Angel and Ghastly to a unknown cause go to the carnival that started and ended in different places than usual. - The original title was called Craptastic Carnival but it was taken out to be more PG.
- The unknown cause of Ghastly and Angel disappearing was explained in a non-canon episode called New Year, New Troubles.
- It had been 6 months and 11 days since the last episode that was broadcast, but for Ghastlyop created episodes, it would have been 7 months and 18 days.
- This is the first episode of the second Ghastlyop era, after the Fanon era that circulated between Episode 7 of Season 3 and the feature film (and even when the non canon Season 4 was around). After SuperFanon'D! was blocked while the show was cancelled, no one knew who owned the show until April 23rd, 2015 when Ghastlyop and Luis on Skype said that they would get Season 4 of the show and a reboot up!
