Frank, also known as Incidental 155, the lifeguard, and the squire, is an incidental character who first appears in the episode "Ripped Pants." He is classified as a secondary character-type incidental.

He is a dark teal fish with faded blue lips and light orange fins and limbs. He wears a white tank top and red shorts. He also has a visible chin and wears a silver lifeguard whistle around his neck. In his older appearances, the whistle was colored golden. In many of his appearances, he has been shown to lack the whistle around his neck due to the fact that he has been portrayed to be a regular citizen of Bikini Bottom instead of a lifeguard in many of his appearances.

He wears a white and yellow medieval uniform with red shorts with a buckle. He also wears a red hat with a lavender feather.

Names

Frank is the only generic name Incidental 155 has been given in the franchise. It was used for him in "Free Samples."

He appears is seen Marie purchases Visual Aids to be his new half-brother at the Krusty Krab at the end of the movie.

He is seen walking passed Bikini Bottom University, However, more Chocolate Banana Girl says hi to the manager dear please my whistle, angrily her girl saying you're fired, looks at her girl smiling saying you're hired, more Chocolate Banana Girl says goodbye to the manager, Later she holding says don't cry to her girl, Chocolate Banana Girl looks at tapping on manager confusing, Chocolate Banana Girl is grabbed her manager's hand, is shown to be Chocolate Banana Girl whispering her manager holding her girl giggling, Maggie's derpy lifeguard flips some food at Tom with the spoon, Tom screaming in pain and exploding, he back to normal after walking her employee girl.
