It's Patrick's Birthday and he wants a Krabby Patty Cake, so SpongeBob goes home to try and make one, but he can't. Instead he just brings Patrick a giant Krabby Patty and says it is a cake. That night, he can't live with the Guilt of lying to Patrick so he goes to tell him he didn't make the cake. Patrick says that Gary made him one anyway.
