The "Heavy Weapons Guy" (simply known as Heavy) is a classic recurring character in the SMG4 series.

He is one of the 9 classes from Team Fortress 2 that first appeared in SM64: Cooking with Bowser & Mario 2! and later in R64: Mario for Hire.. He always appears in Gmod and there are a lot of bloopers that contain his voice clips, without him appearing himself. Mario and other characters often have his voice clips.

His favorite food is the sandvich, an item in TF2 used to heal, he's also hellbent on punishing those who tried to steal his snack. His role can change throughout episodes, ranging from a costumer to a businessman, to a supervisor, etc.

History[]

SM64: Cooking with Bowser & Mario 2![]

He makes a cameo appearance where he's part of the set to make the Yoshi omelet.

R64: Mario for Hire.[]

Heavy appears for a third time working at the office, the one Mario was working at. After Mario steals Heavy's sandwich, Mario blames Luigi and he attacks Luigi. Later, after Luigi hits Heavy's Minigun, "Sasha", Luigi blames Mario for touching his gun, and so he attacks Mario.

If Mario was in...Team Fortress 2[]

After Mario gets Heavy to crash into a wall because of a spaghetti machine, Heavy angrily gets out and intends to attack Mario, but believes Mario is part of the RED team due to him wearing red. He takes Mario to the badlands and has him help defend the intelligence. Later, after seeing the damage Mario has done, Heavy drops him off back at the spot where he found Mario and tells him to never come back.

R64: Mario The Waiter[]

He appears at Gaben's Steamy Diner, only for his sandwich to get knocked off of his plate. After Mario tries to give him a vegan sandwich he angrily attacks Mario with his Minigun.

SMG4: Mario goes to DIDNEY WORL[]

He appears along with many other classes in the line to the bumper cars.

Mario VS Sonic: PRANK BATTLE[]

He was seen playing basketball at the beach. As Mario arrives to cheer him on (and attempted to shock him with a Joy Buzzer) and calls a Hi-5, Heavy agrees. As the Heavy hi-fives Mario, his hand was suddenly blown off. As Mario realized that he set the buzzer's "Powah" in 1000mA, the Heavy pulverizes him off-screen.

The Mario Channel: MARIO'S CHALLENGE[]

During the challenges, Heavy is not seen mainly until Floor Four, where Mario's fourth challenge is "The Bullseye". He is one of fifty-eight remaining participates. After watching Meggy hit the target with ease, he also attempts at hitting the target. With only three shots available for this challenge, he uses a sniper rifle. Both of his first shots were misses. Heavy then gets frustrated over how complicated the challenge was and uses his minigun for his third attempt. He successfully hits the target using his minigun, but is booted out (literally) from the competition by Mario for using his own gun.

SMG4: Mario Runs Out Of Toilet Paper[]

He appears as Burger King, with other fast food mascots as the Four Horsemen of the Apocalypse.

SMG4: The E G G[]

He appears as one of the members of the Kraken Krew.

SMG4: Mario Scratches His Ass[]

He appears as Ancient Boi. Though he wishes to help others scratch their butts, he shows a darker side when it is revealed he is willing to perform human sacrifices, or at least manipulate others to do so. As such, Bob decides to use him as a human sacrifice to make a golden butt scratcher.

SMG4: War of the Simps[]

He appears as Beeg Jon (Nathaniel Bandy's editor).

Personality[]

Much like the other classes from Team Fortress 2, the Heavy's personality is very similar to his canon personality from the game. Heavy is a polite, and soft-spoken, yet grumpy stereotypical Russian man when not working as a mercenary. However, when on the job, the Heavy is a loud and violent maniac who loves lunch meat as much as he loves his Minigun. He loves to kill people, or destroy robots, taking great pride in the act.

Skills[]

Powerlevel: B[]

  • Firearms knowledge:
    • Mini-Gun: Heavy mostly uses a minigun.
    • Sniper Rifle: Heavy rarely uses this because a sniper rifle is out of his class.

Trivia[]

  • The Heavy was the first class from Team Fortress 2 to appear in the SMG4 series.
    • He also is the class with the most appearances across the series as well thanks to his general popularity as a whole.
  • Heavy is often considered one of the mascots of series, alongside characters such as SMG4 himself, and Steve.
  • He was oddly referred to as "Jerry" by the Box Club Leader in SMG4: Mario Goes To College.
