Incidental 11[1][2], also known as Incidental PM27, is an incidental character who first appears in the episode "Squeaky Boots." She is classified as a weirdo-type incidental.

She is a dark gray squid with light yellow eyes and black pupils. She wears a red plaid skirt with yellow stripes. In her earlier appearances, she has had seven limbs. In later episodes, she has six limbs. In her even older appearances, she wore flipper slippers.

She is a patty monster with a bell-shaped top bun with her face being on the patty. Her bottom bun acts as her torso and has six tentacles sticking out of it.

- In "New Student Starfish," an unclearly-individually-identified up-to-six from the Good Noodle Board of Mrs. Puff's class containing Incidentals 7, 11, 18, 37B, 73, 104, 107, and 108 may be named Lloyd, Sheila, Paco, Debbie, Horace, and/or Rich; ambiguity is raised by a student not appearing in "New Student Starfish" being named Horace in Class Confusion.

She is shown to be Incidental 107 and Incidental 15 scared at a Jellien Mrs. Puff, which had SpongeBob let's go ended up escaping through leave at open exit door the of Mrs. Puff's Boating School.

Trivia[]
- On a collection of model sheet images compiled by Vincent Waller, this squid was incorrectly labeled as Squidina.[1] Waller later clarified that Squidina may be the daughter of this character.[3]However, since Squidina is now the sister of Patrick in The Patrick Star Show, this concept was most likely dropped.
- She has a "PM" variant that was originally going to appear in "Krabby Patty Creature Feature."
- She, Incidental 32, Incidental 61, and Incidental 72 are the only known regular incidentals who are not fish.
- She makes her first speaking role in "Bossy Boots."
