Incidental 118, also known as Cop 1, Policeman 1, Cop 2, Cop 3, Cop 4, and the police fish, is an incidental character who first appears in the episode "Hall Monitor." He is classified as a secondary character-type incidental.
Appearance[]
He is a light teal jelly bean shaped fish with a mint colored dorsal fin and dark teal lips and eyelids. He wears a white shirt with a big gold badge on it, black shoes, a dark blue police cap, and dark blue pants that have red stripes on the sides. He also regularly carries a police baton, although he has been shown to lack it in many of his appearances. In his older appearances, his lips were originally colored mint like his dorsal fin. In his even older appearances, his hat and pants were colored navy blue. Policeman 1 shares the same appearance as Incidental 118's older colors. In his debut appearance, his badge, buckle, and hat label all had black outlines instead of their default dark yellow outlines. Cop 1 shares the same appearance as Incidental 118's debut colors.
Incidental 118 also has three different alternate color palettes that all first appeared in "Hall Monitor" which were originally considered to each be different models known as the "Cop" incidentals before being merged into a single incidental. One is colored orange with a lighter orange dorsal fin and lips. He currently wears the same uniform that his normal palette wears. In his older appearances, his hat and pants were colored navy blue. In his even older appearance, his badge, buckle, and hat label all had black outlines instead of their natural dark yellow outlines. Cop 2 shares the same appearance as his older colors variant. One is colored grayish-purple with a lavender dorsal fin and dark purple lips. In his older appearances, his lips were colored lavender like his dorsal fin and his hat and pants were colored navy blue. In his even older appearance, his badge, buckle, and hat label all had black outlines instead of their natural dark yellow outlines. Cop 3 shares the same appearance as his older colors variant. One is colored yellow with a lighter yellow dorsal fin and lips. He wears the same uniform that Incidental 118's debut colors variant wears. Cop 4 has the same appearance as him.
