Incidental 141, also known as the little girl w/ sucker, is an incidental character who first appears in the episode "Valentine's Day." She is likely classified as a kid-type incidental.
Description[]
Incidental 141 with no lollipop.
She is a pale blue girl with blonde hair who wears a hot pink dress and skirt with a white collar. She also regularly carries a purple heart-shaped lollipop although she isn’t always seen holding one.

The debut design of Incidental 141. She has the same appearance as Incidental 141 with the only difference being her having a red lollipop instead of a purple one.

Incidental 141 has made a few appearances throughout the series. After her appearance in "Bossy Boots," she is absent from the series until she makes a comeback in the season 5 episode "Mermaid Man vs. SpongeBob." After that, she has yet another long absence and makes another comeback in the season 12 episode "The Goofy Newbie." She has yet to have her own speaking role. She was firstly designed to be a patron at the Valentine's Day Carnival who was known as the little girl w/ sucker.

She is seen crossing the street with some other kids and the crossing guard. When she gets scared off by SpongeBob's bad breath, they cross the street without her, and she and the other kids are the first to see the parade.

She is seen in Incidental 35's boatmobile along with Incidental 2, Incidental 7, and Incidental 46 as they drive off with Pearl to the Bikini Bottom Mall.
"Mermaid Man vs. SpongeBob"[]
She appears as one of the kids who attack Squidward at the child's birthday party.
"Potato Puff"[]
She is seen at a playground with Incidental 144 until SpongeBob comes driving through it, which causes her to carry Incidental 144 away from the playground.
"Yellow Pavement"[]
Incidental 141 driving out of Mrs. Puff's Boating School with the other students.
She is a student in Mrs. Puff's class.
