Description[]
He is an stout overweight kid fish who is light green and missing a front tooth. He wears a red cap, a light blue T-shirt, and dark green shorts. He has olive fins and pink lips.
Role in series[]
Incidental 164 has made a few appearances throughout the series. He is one of the incidental characters who did not debut in the first two seasons. He makes his biggest role yet in his debut episode, "The Grill is Gone," as the chief main antagonist with Incidental 171, Incidental 183, and Incidental 184 being part of his crew.

"The Grill is Gone"[]
Incidental 164 about to steal the Krusty Krab and turn it into a racing kart.
His biggest role yet. He appears as the leader of the gang of kids who decided to turn the Krusty Krab grill into a race cart. Mr. Krabs tries to get their grill back from him but he and the others refuse. SpongeBob then challenges Incidental 164 to a race and Incidental 164 accepts the challenge. He and the kids then race against Mr. Krabs and SpongeBob. Mr. Krabs and SpongeBob manage to beat them at their race but however at the end of the episode, he and the gang of kids turn the Krusty Krab itself into a race cart.
"SpongeBob's Big Birthday Blowout"[]
Incidental 164 about to launch a cupcake with his slingshot.
He hits Incidental 6's butt with a cupcake, and Incidental 6 then asks Squidward for one of his paintings so he can hit Incidental 164 back. Incidental 6 then throws it, but it misses. Incidental 164 later sprays whipped cream on the floor and runs off. Mrs. Puff comes by and slips on the whipped cream. He also appears as one of the characters who yell "surprise" when Larry the Lobster catches Sandy by surprise.

Incidental 164 playing marbles with other kid fish.
He appears playing with marbles with his friends during the "Everything Juice" song until Plankton puts grease all over their marbles which makes them roll much faster.

He is one of the kids playing the Bottle Hosers game.

He is featured in a deleted scene as one of the many guy friends of the Krusty Krew's dads hanging out at the Krusty Krab where he can be seen watching Incidental 41 and Incidental 100 playing football.

He is seen as part of the audience watching Patrick's performance but gets scared away by Slappy Laszlo.
