He is a tall young tan fish with yellow hair. He wears blue overalls and a green undershirt.

Role in series

Incidental 183 only makes a few appearances in the series so far, for he is one of the incidental characters that didn't debut in the first two seasons. He makes his biggest appearance yet in his debut as one of the main antagonists alongside Incidental 164, Incidental 171, and Incidental 184. He appears to be the twin brother of Incidental 184.

He is a member of the group of kids that steal the Krusty Krab grill from the Krusty Krab to make it into a racing cart. He as well as Incidental 184 are seen spray painting the grill with yellow spray paint. In addition to that, he and Incidental 184 throw marbles at Mr. Krabs and SpongeBob while the two are racing in Bikini Bottom.
