Incidental 27[1], also known as one of the skiers (along with Incidentals 13 and 28), is an incidental character who first appears in the episode "Ripped Pants," while his production order debut is in "Boating School." He is classified as a hotdog-type incidental.
Appearance[]
He is a hotdog shaped olive green fish with an orange dorsal fin, dark green lips, and beige eyes with black pupils. He wears a lavender shirt and indigo shorts. In his older appearances, his eyes were yellow. In his even older appearances, his dorsal fin was wavy, he had an orange tail fin, thin dark green feet, had bags under his eyes, and has a visible fly on the front of his shorts.
He also has an alternate color palette that first appeared in "Something Smells" where he is colored orange with yellow-orange arms, a bright yellow dorsal fin, and dark orange lips. He also wears a faded blue shirt and greenish-gray shorts.

He is a distant indigo silhouette of Incidental 27 with skis.
Names[]
Incidental 27 has been given two generic one time names throughout the series:
- In "Hall Monitor," he is named Jimmy.
- In "Good Ol' Whatshisname," a fedora wearing Incidental 27 is named Gus.

Trivia[]
- He is the first incidental character to be given a name in the series, where he was given the name Jimmy in "Hall Monitor."
- He is one of the few characters who didn’t debut in their production order debut.
- A somewhat common trait for Incidental 27 throughout the series is that when he appears in the background with other incidentals, he can be seen as the only background character who is smiling while the other background characters aren't.
- He makes his first speaking role in "Boating School."
