Incidental 42, also known as one of the fish at snack bar (along with the other fish at snack bar), Incidental PM11, and Werewolf 1, is an incidental character who first appears in the episode "Ripped Pants." He is likely classified as a hotdog-type incidental.
Appearance[]

He is a red-orange fish with a pale orange front, beige fins, light yellow eyes, and olive-green lips who wears a baby blue T-shirt. In his earlier appearances, he had stumpier proportions, oval-shaped eyes, and visible gills on the sides of his head.

The debut variant of Incidental 42. His appearance is based on his old design variant with the differences being that he has no shirt and longer arms.

He is a very tall patty monster with beige fins, olive green lips and eyelids, and slightly twisted eyes.
Werewolf 1[]
Werewolf 1.
He is a large brown werewolf with grayish-brown fur, red eyes, and pale green teeth and claws. He still wears his baby blue T-shirt.

Incidental 42 has been given seven one time generic names throughout the franchise:
- In "Valentine's Day," he is named Dave.
- In "Dying for Pie," he is named Frank.
- In "I Had an Accident," he is a football player named Percy.
- In SpongeBob SquarePants Trading Card Game, he is named Muskie.
- In The Crossover Time Movie: Heroes on the Water, he is named Harold.
- In Nicktoons Freeze Frame Frenzy, he is named Scooter.
- In the original storyboard for "Patrick's Coupon," he was a police officer named Officer Slugfish, although this role was replaced with Incidental 118's orange variant in the final episode.

- In "Good Ol' Whatshisname," an unclearly-individually-identified two from the finite selection of Incidentals 27 and 42 are named Isabel and Harv.
