Incidental 46, also known as one of the concert fans (along with Incidentals 45, 47, 48, and 49), is an incidental character who first appears in the episode "Ripped Pants." Her incidental type is currently unknown.

She is a light emerald-green fish who wears a red bikini bathing suit and has light teal lips and light yellow and black eyes. She also has light blue striped fins.

Incidental 46 has been given two generic names throughout the franchise:
- In Operation Krabby Patty, a bright green Incidental 46 in Squidward's dream is named Putzy.
- In Super Bowl LVIII: Live from Bikini Bottom, a redesigned Incidental 46 was named Taylor Fish: a parody of Taylor Swift.

She makes her debut in the season two episode Digging His Own Grave when her family moves back to Bikini Bottom from New Kelp City after her husband, Frankie-Billy's scythe business goes bankrupt. In the series, she and Frankie are the parents of an olive green baby, and she is also the younger sister of Sadie Rechid and Patty Rechid. In Nat Peterson's Haunted House, Nazz saves everyone at the Petersons' Halloween party when she shoots Frankie with a tranquilizer gun after he turns into a werefish. In "Digging His Own Grave", Nazz reveals that she used to have a crush on Nat Peterson in high school, but unlike one of her older sisters, she no longer has feelings for him now.
