Her colors are unknown due to only being seen in the lights of the Flying Dutchman, but she is known to be a slightly thin fish with a dorsal fin that goes over her head that wears a scaly mermaid tail as a costume.

The original Incidental 46 has appeared in only one episode so far, as well as a book that was based on the one episode that she appeared in. The model number "46" was originally given to her until it was later reassigned to a different incidental.
