Incidental 47[3], also known as one of the concert fans (along with Incidentals 45, 46, 48, and 49) and Incidental 47BABY, is an incidental character who first appears in the episode "Ripped Pants." Her incidental type is currently unknown.

She is a light yellow female fish with light olive-green lips, black eyes, and light blue faded fins. She wears a white and red floral-printed wrap skirt.

Incidental 47 has been given two generic names throughout the franchise:
- In Operation Krabby Patty, an orange-finned Incidental 47 in Squidward's dream is named Zandy.
- In "Good Ol' Whatshisname," she is named Sadie.

- In "Good Ol' Whatshisname," an unclearly-individually-identified two from the finite selection of Incidentals 37A and 47 are named Gus and Mabel.
