Incidental 49, also known as one of the concert fans (along with Incidentals 45, 46, 47, and 48), is an incidental character who first appears in the episode "Ripped Pants." Her incidental type is currently unknown.
Appearance[]

She is a tall light orange popsicle stick shaped fish with light red lips, a pale orange stripe on her front, and wears a lavender dress. In her older appearances, the outline of her lips were colored black instead of their default dark red outline.

Incidental 49 has been given two generic names throughout the franchise:
- In Operation Krabby Patty, a pink Incidental 49 named Rizo appears in Squidward's dream.
- In "The Two Faces of Squidward," she was a nurse named Nurse Rechid (a reference to Nurse Ratched, the main antagonist of One Flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest).

- In "Good Ol' Whatshisname," an unclearly-individually-identified three from the finite selection of Incidentals 48, 49, 106, and 107 are named Norma, Jess, and Ivy.
