Incidental 63, also known as Customer 2, Incidental 63BABY,[1] and the official,[2][3] is an incidental character who first appears in the episode "Pickles." Her incidental type is currently unknown.
Appearance[]

She is an aquamarine fish with a light teal dorsal fin. She wears a light purple dress and red shoes. In her older appearances, she had no bags under eyes, her eyes were larger and more sideways oval-shaped, had a more pointed head, had smaller breasts, and lacked shoes. Customer 2 shares the same appearance as Incidental 63's old design variant.

She is a baby fish with large green colored eyes with eyelashes, white colored cheeks, and wears a diaper.
Official[]
The official.
She's light blue with pale blue hot pink striped fins and has chubby cheeks with pink blush. She wears a yellow pearl necklace, purple shoes, and purple lipstick. Her color palette greatly resembles Incidental 48's.

She also has an alternate color palette that first appeared in "Krusty Katering" where her dress is purple like her shoes.

Incidental 63 has been given three one time generic names throughout the franchise:
- In "SquidBob TentaclePants," she is named Mrs. Smith.
- In "To Love a Patty," she is named Martha.
- In "SpongeBob LongPants," a fancy variant of her is named Doris.

- In the storyboard of "Krusty Katering," the official was labeled as Incidental F139 in one scene. This was likely an error due to the fact that there is a known total of 24 "F" incidentals.
- She makes her first speaking role in "Pickles."
