Billy, also known as Incidental 65 and Customer 3, is an incidental character who first appears in the episode "Pickles." His incidental type is currently unknown.

Billy is a short foghorn-shaped lime green fish with orange-red lips and a slightly darker green spiky dorsal fin. He wears a light orange shirt with a scarlet stripe in the middle. In his older appearances, He wore no clothing, Revealing two light orange stripes on his body. Customer 3 shares the same appearance as Billy's old design variant.

Names

Billy is the only generic name Incidental 65 has been given in the franchise. It was used for him in "Walking Small."
