Jessie, also known as Candy Person 59, Sassy Lollipop girl, Birthday Girl 3 and Mini 23/Small 23, is a green female lollipop who is a common background character in the series. She first appears in the episode "The Enchiridion!."
Appearance[]
She is a green skin and very short, bobbed brown hair, Her eyes are U-shaped with long eyelashes when shut, and black, circular dots with two eyelashes pointing out at the sides when opened. She wears a green shirt, a skirt, with dark green boots and sash belt.
In Sunset Today, back when she was a child, has very long, bobbed brown hair, she wearing a sleeveless lime jacket with a cyan shirt, dark green skirt, and lime socks with cyan slippers.
In The Last of US, She wears a black jacket with a white collar, sleeveless pink top, grey skirt, and teal boots.

Jessie is arguably the most commonly used five girls in the series. She who has a couple major/speaking roles as well as many cameo roles. She makes her biggest role yet in the episode "Five Short Graybles," along with Chocoberry, Belle, Patricia, and Marie.

Ice Cream Guy and Jessie are in former lovers. In "Mystery Train" it was revealed that Pineapple Guy plays a song with his flute that reminds her of him. In "Sheriff Finn and Marceline Wild West," they were seen making out during the movie.

Gareth and Jessie was in the middle of a date in a restaurant in "One Last Job." He was hypnotizing her into giving everything she owned. However, he was unsuccessful because Jake's call interrupted him.

- In some episodes she is still a teenage girl, but in other episodes she is shown as a young adult. She is one of the few background characters who are younger than Marie.
- Her design is similar to Robyn, Luann, Babette, Nurse Roselyn Lollipop, Officer Natalie and Salesclerk Lollipop Orange, except that her brown hair with dress is smoother and she is colored differently.
- Vincent Waller revealed that the green female lollipop that appeared as a background character in several episodes is Green Lollipop Girl.
