Kevin Dermen is a spirit haunting the Bikini Bottom and a fan made character on SpongeBob Squarepants.
Appearance[]
He appears to be a black spirit that resembles a ghost of a 7 year old boy. He has white pupal's has no mouth but is only visible when he opens it showing long, sharp black teeth. He also has arms.
Backstory[]
In the Bikini Atoll in 1989, Kevin was going on a boating trip with his father until he sees the fish and looks down. He then ends up taking a closer look then ends up falling in the water and drowns. His spirit now haunts the Bikini Bottom.
Personality[]
He usually play tricks on the citizens of the Bikini Bottom attending to scare them. He is usually playful as he would mess with anybody and make them go insane. He can also sometimes have a hostile behavior as he can attack anyone. He is also sometimes kind.

He first appears in an episode called " Ghost Boy".

He is sometimes nicknamed " Ghost Boy" As he appears to resemble a ghost of a boy.
He found Bikini Bottom after his death.
He is not the son of the Flying Dutchman, but could be connected to him as they are both spirits.
