Lisa Simpson is an enemy in Chapters 1 and 2 of Eggs for Bart.
Chapter 1[]
Lisa first appears on Night 3, and she starts chasing you as soon as you enter the house, she can phase through walls, and she constantly screams, however, she always knows where you are... so you can't stay still.
Chapter 2[]
Lisa reappears in Chapter 2 and works the same way she did in Chapter 1, however she's instantly active and starts behind you. At the end of Chapter 2 her soul is put to rest as Barney takes the eggs.
Chapter 3[]
Lisa's body can be seen in level 1, other than that, she makes no appearance as an enemy but it's safe to assume she is replaced with Homer Simpson who behaves similarly to her.
