Mrs. Mario was the biological mother of Mario and Luigi in the SMG4 series.

Origin[]
Not much is know about her, except that she gave birth to the twins Mario and Luigi and was presumably married to an unnamed man.

She was mentioned by her son when he mistook SMG4 with her.

Mario and Bowser were about to fight but she calls Mario, interrupting them. After that awkward call, Bowser declares that he doesn't want to fight anymore.

Although not seen on-camera, Mario's Mother is technically within the episode as she gives birth to Mario, and it's mentioned by SMG4 that she was with his father when "they threw him to the side of the road" in their car before it exploded, presumably killing them both.

Though unlike her husband she never makes an appearance in the series she has been mentioned many times and Mario has mistaken SMG4 (pre-redesign) for her. This could mean she has a similar appearance to him (however this could also just be Mario acting stupid).

- Just like SMG4 himself, Mario's mother was first mentioned in Super Mario 64 Bloopers: Account Loss, where Mario mistook SMG4 for her.
- Despite being mentioned throughout the series, she has never appeared in the SMG4 series.
- However, Mario's mother was the first mother to be mentioned in the series.
- In SMG4: TEXTURES NOT FOUND Mario said that she doesn't love Luigi after he accidentally changed the music.
- While Mario's mother has never appeared in the SMG4 series, she has made a few appearances in official Nintendo media, most notably The Super Mario Bros. Super Show!, where she was referred to as "Mama Mario" and portrayed by Lou Albano.
