Mario Gets His PINGAS Stuck In Car Door is the twenty-third episode of Season 12 and the seven hundred and thirty-first overall to be uploaded on the Crossover Time & SMG4 channel.

One day, Mario drove in his British Leyland Mini to the mall, when he got his crotch stuck in the door when he got out. Mario attempted to open the door again, much to the confusion of onlookers who thought that Mario was making love with his Mini. Mario then reached out for his car key in an attempt to unlock the doors, but accidentally pressed the alarm key that it made a loud sound. Mario tried to reach for something to turn off the alarm, but grabbed the gear and shifted it to neutral by accident, causing his Mini to go down a slope and stopped at a junction.

Mario, who thought that he was safe, was suddenly at danger when the junction was busy, and called Lakitu for help, who then carried him to Luigi Raceway, only for Mario to clarify to get him back to where he was. Meanwhile, Wheeler robbed a store Karen was working to get money for his hospital bills, and took Mario's Mini as a getaway car. The robber drove recklessly around the city, and caught the attention of Mr. Monitor and the RMKP, who chased him. The robber gave a gun to Mario to fend the cops off, but when Mr. Monitor aimed a rocket launcher at him, Mario pleaded to SMG4 for help, who sent in Kirby to put the Mini in his mouth so that his body could bounce the rocket off, leaving Mr. Monitor in his car exploding.

Ending up in a hospital in Rockford, the robber was about to go in when his grandson Shroomy appeared, frightening and later crashing into him. Mario went to the doctor to get his crotch off, only to be frightened that the doctor would use a sharp knife on him. Swag, who was accompanying Chris for his breast job, saw Mario with him stuck with his Mini, causing him to flashback to a traumatic event from two years ago. He went to Mario, who confirmed about his situation, and sounded the alarm to call the Mushroom Kingdom Armed Forces to position themselves near the hospital. Swag and Chris, now with huge breasts after the operation, are now in tanks with the other soldiers, while Mario went outside as well, still stuck to his Mini. Swag then played provocative music to call the aliens in, wanting revenge for their defeat in their previous battle.

As the aliens prepared their door cannons, Swag stuck a door in his crotch, deflecting an incoming door towards a UFO. He revealed that the armed forces had found ways to defend themselves in an event of a door attack, and their preparedness managed to inflict considerable damage to the aliens. The aliens, with no other option, proceeded to launch The Big One, a giant titanium door at them to finish them, causing them to panic. Swag looking at Mario stuck to his Mini gave him an idea: he and the other troops stuck their crotches onto car doors and launched from The Big One at the UFOs. The aliens, suffering huge losses, retreated, with the armed forces gaining victory.

Mario did not believe what just happened, but he still had his crotch stuck to his Mini. Swag then offered his help by arming a rocket launcher at him, frightening Mario.

  • SMG4: Mario Gets His PINGAS Stuck In The Door: The sequel to the episode, with Swagmaster even still has a phobia of the entire event upon seeing Mario with his crotch trapped to his Mini. Unlike the ending of the prequel, however, his crotch was never removed from the car door, but more likely removed off-screen. A deleted scene also has Kaizo repeat a gag from when SMG4 gets his own crotch stuck in a door.
  • SMG4: To Become A God: Mario saying "I thlammed my penith in the car door" comes true with this episode.

  • Looney Tunes and I Thlammed My Penith in the Car Door: Coincidentally being the sequel to the original episode, the episode references the meme about Daffy Duck rapping to PaRappa the Rapper about how he has his crotch stuck in the car door before slamming it into one.
