This episode was aired on January 13, 2024.
Synopsis[]
Mario opens a can of beans.
Plot[]
At Mario's house, the zany plumber grabs a can of beans from the refrigerator for a quick meal, but the tab snaps off just he is opening the can, leaving him unable to enjoy his meal. Mario tries hard to open it, but fails miserably, so Luigi uses a can opener to get to the food. No matter how hard he tries, he only succeeds in breaking his fingers in the end. Determined to get his beans, Mario rushes to the castle, where Meggy is currently coaching SMG4 to abide his new year resolution (losing his "fat rolls"), and interrupts the latter's weightlifting session, nearly causing him to choke, though his trainer rescues him in time. Though annoyed at Mario for rudely interrupting her training, Meggy nonetheless agrees to help, but she runs into the same problem the Mario Bros did.
Mario reveals his reason of coming to the castle: to use a mysterious entity (comically labeled as "*****") to open the can, much to everyone's shock. Meggy vehemently refuses, even when out of ideas to open the can, but SMG4 reluctantly caves in, as they are the only being they know capable of dealing with cans of beans, and they all go to a locked, cursed-looking chest in SMG4's room. Meggy frantically tries to stop them (even donning a referee shirt), but the two are able to bypass her and open the chest. Submerged in ominous light comes out the being... which is actually none other than Peter Griffin. SMG4 explains to Peter his reason of letting him out, he and a scared Meggy (who is hiding behind a table wielding a large sniper rifle) order him to open the can of beans and nothing else, so Peter uses his laser eyes to vaporize the can's top open, allowing Mario to obtain his long-desired beans. But when SMG4 orders him to go back into the chest, Peter ominously laughs, melts away as Meggy tries firing at him, and fills the room with so much imagery of himself that the trio are overwhelmed into unconsciousness.
Upon awakening to an unfamiliar place, after Meggy berates SMG4 for failing to heed her warning, she correctly deduces that they are now in the same chest Peter was imprisoned before. The man himself heads off to "greet" an arriving SMG3 (who was trying to ask for a spare of sugar), while SMG4 and Meggy despair at not finding an exit... until the meme man notices a label on the can of beans Mario (who isn't caring about the situation) is about to eat: it turns out the beans are actually "quick-growing beanstalk beans". He enthusiastically suggests to plant the goods so they all can get out, but Mario selfishly refuses. Despite Meggy's attempts to get him to budge (such as reasoning with him and fighting him), nothing she can do is going to stop Mario from reaching the beans. Frustrated, Meggy yells at SMG4 (who is watching in disappointment) to do something and he quickly grabs the can, but before he can pour the content into the ground, Mario suddenly talks in full sentences, (as if he had voice acting) shocking SMG4 in the process. He desperately tries to appeal to his emotions to convince SMG4 to not dump the beans to the ground. SMG4 is fortunately able to ignore his pleas and he plants them, and the beans quickly grow into a beanstalk, much to the relief of Meggy and SMG4. As Mario sulks about his beans, Meggy and SMG4 reassure him that Peter probably has the same brand of beans and give Mario permission to plunder his house once they all get out from the chest.
Now motivated, Mario leads the way out and barges in on Peter, who is creepily treating SMG3 to some ice cream. The plumber mercilessly beats him up and runs off to fetch his kart, which he uses to kidnap (and run over) Peter and drag him away from the castle. With the occurrence dismissed as "Family Guy stuff", Mario drags Peter back to his own home and sends him flying into a wall, the impact of which knocks over what appears to be two cans of beans form the upper shelf. The duo settle on ceasing all hostilities and share the beans... or so they think. In reality, the two are eating from two bean cans which have Lois Griffin's late mother's ashes, so when she goes to her husband and sees the scene, all she can do is scream in terror as the episode ends- Family Guy-style.

- It also marks the first time where Mario has voice acting (outside of the WOTFI Rap Battles) and saying full sentences since SM64 Shorts: The Plumber Problem.
- This episode is also the second time an SMG4 editor voices Mario, first being MediExcalibur2012 in SMG4: Mario Waits For The Bus.
- SMG4 breaks the fourth wall explaining what happened to Mario's voice.
- This marks the first appearance of:
- Lois Griffin since Mario Reacts To Nintendo Memes 7 ft. Luigi and in Season 14.
- Peter Griffin since SMG4: SMG4 vs Content Farms, and in Season 14.
- Kirby and Axol Jr. since SMG4: SMG4 & SMG3 Are Forced To Hold Hands, and in Season 14.
- Cube the Penguin since SMG4: The Infestation, and in Season 14.

- Lizzie Freeman's archived voice clip of Meggy screaming is heard two times in this episode.
- This episode uses unique end credits rather than SMG4’s usual credits, being styled like the end credits of a Family Guy episode.
- This video was uploaded six years after Guards N' R*tards: The Vacation.
- This episode was uploaded on the same day that the popular Disney Channel animated series The Ghost and Molly McGee ended.
