Meggy B. Spletzer (also referred to as Grand!Meggy) is an AU version of Meggy from the Grandverse made by TheGrandQuartz. In comparison to her original counterpart, she is much smaller and has the behaviors of a chaotic gremlin. She was first referenced in an official video by a rock with her face appearing in the opening sequence of the episode SMG4: If Mario Was In... Newgrounds, and later made her first physical appearance as a cameo in War Of The Fat Italians 2024.

After that Mario and SMG4 found Corcovado (referred to as Mount Brazil in the episode), the former tripped on a rock with Grand!Meggy's face, making him fall inside the mountain alongside 4.
War Of The Fat Italians 2024[]
Grand!Meggy make a brief cameo during the song Puzzle Park in a fast-food restaurant, more precisely when SMG4 say the line "Ugh, this isn't really going well".
