Mr. Todd Cupcake, also known as Candy Person 3, the Cupcake Man, and Mini/Small 11, is a reoccurring candy person who lives in the Candy Kingdom. It was confirmed in "The Invitation" that he is in a romantic relationship with Chocoberry. He has previously been a romantic rival to Jake by occasionally flirting with Lady Rainicorn.
Mr. Cupcake appears to be physically fit. He has tiny white eyes, a brown mustache, a pink nose, orange arms and legs, and brown eyebrows. He's covered with vanilla frosting and has a few blue sprinkles on top of him. He wears only a blue foil wrapper, which covers his chocolate body.
In his pure candy form, he is completely made of candy and has a bright green head, a blue wrapper, pink arms, and pink candy eyes.
He is seen flexing his muscles and says "Pretty Patties Rule!"

"Band Music"[]
He joins Lumpy Space Princess' marching band after seeing his flyer in the gym shower. Later when Finn mentions his heart giving out from training pills, he asks Mr. Cupcake who revived him, and Mr. Cupcake responds "some guy in an ambulance."
"Video Makers"[]
Mr. Cupcake is asked by Jake to play the role of "Todd Johnson" in the movie he and Finn were making. He is cast opposite of Lady Rainicorn, who he starts to flex in front of. When Jake voices his disapproval, he and Mr. Cupcake get into a physical confrontation.

Finn creates a false newspaper story about Mr. Cupcake getting beaten up by Candy Person 89. This causes Mr. Cupcake to get banned from a gym and ruins his life as well. Hew is latter seen in an angry mob with Marceline, Ice King, and Tree Trunks claiming that the school kids want to beat him up for lunch money.

They generally get along well, but there is some rivalry between Jake and Todd. Mr. Cupcake constantly flirts with Lady Raincorn, Jake's girlfriend, which obviously causes tension. Finally it seems that their rivalry was fixed. In "Time Sandwich" Jake imagines Todd wooing Lady after Jake's death, but Todd claims that he appreciates Jake, making him cry.
Chocoberry is shown to be slightly attracted to Todd's handsome physique, as seen when she blushes at seeing him unwrapped in "Slumber Party Panic". In "The Visitor" the two are in a romantic relationship.
Usually, Mr. Cupcake wears his wrapper, but in the first part of "Slumber Party Panic" when all the Candy People are walking in to the castle, his wrapper is missing, and one can see in that part that he is indeed chocolate.
His gender-swapped version, Ms. Cupcake, appears in the "Fionna and Cake" theme song.
Mr. Cupcake's accent changes between his two speaking roles in "Slumber Party Panic" and "Video Makers."
Original artwork for Mr. Cupcake had his arms and legs colored blue (similar to the shade of his wrapper), but they were changed to orange prior to the production of the show.
In "A Glitch is a Glitch," Finn picks up Mr. Cupcake who disappears due to Ice King's glitch. Finn then tries to pick up Sugar Cube, who says "No way, I saw what happened when you picked up Todd." Mr. Cupcake's first name is Todd in the movie in "Video Makers." His first name is confirmed in "The Invitation" when Chocoberry says "I'm right here, Todd!"
In "Lemonhope Part 1," When Princess Bubblegum opened up the cupcake cabinet, the top right corner had a cupcake that looked exactly like Mr. Cupcake, It had a blue wrapper, white icing, and a mustache.
