” | —Mrs. Jigsaw mocking both Peggy and Dendy in SMG4 Movie: PUZZLEVISION |
Mrs. Jigsaw is the main antagonist in the Crossover Time series, acting as the overarching antagonist of Season 34 and the main antagonist of Season 35, being introduced in the JIGSAW-VISION story and in the following sub-series. As of WOTBF 2024, Mrs. Jigsaw has been put into an insane asylum, but has been hinted at returning at some point in the future.
She is a supernatural humanoid television cybernetic being and content creator who was originally a human. Her purpose is to entertain viewers with her own media company and streaming platform, which she created and owns, called Jigsaw-Vision. She's egocentric, as she frequently praises herself and produces her work without help from anyone else. She is also known to be quite a perfectionist, wanting little interference from her performers, and wants everything to go as smoothly as possible.
Growing up, Mrs. Jigsaw dreamed of building her own creations, and getting appreciation for it, but her mother dismissed him for lacking "creative vision." Disheartened, she became obsessed with watching every piece of media, dedicating her life to television. Eventually, she beheaded herself and replaced her head with a cybernetic TV set, somehow surviving the transformation. Now a living embodiment of television, she created Jigsaw-Vision and, after discovering Crossover Time—the "stupidest show [she's] ever seen"—she began disrupting it as a way to prove to her mom and the world that his skills could make anything entertaining.
Before presenting herself to the Crossover Time crew, she worked in secret, indirectly providing personalized yet questionable products and powers to both members and associates of the group. These individuals were often disadvantaged and desperate for success, and her actions set off a chain reaction of events that would eventually become one of her "shows", to test how well her experiments with the Crossover Time series would do.
During this, Mrs. Jigsaw had a significant impact on the Crossover Time Crew, giving a deranged SMG4 a suspicious keyboard to create the "Perfect Video," unleashing a demonic force that took over Peach's Castle. She listed the Showgrounds as a new home for the crew, help Oneshot Brad trap Maureen, Peggy, Vivian, and the rest of the Crew in a Pirate Seas simulation, and directed Marty and Mario, K.O. & Sprig to steal SMG3's notebook. Jigsaw eventually captured the crew to achieve a perfect 5-star rating and gain creative control over the Crossover Time universe. However, the gang regained their conscience, launched their own variety show, and outshined Mrs. Jigsaw, reducing her influence and leading to her ousting from the Showgrounds by Dendy, therefore being the one ultimately responsible for all the tragic events that forever changed the lives of the Heroes.
Mrs. Jigsaw returned with plans to take over Dendy's show to achieve their star rating. She attempted to steal Dendy’s source of comedy and briefly turned Peggy, in a Goomba-like form as Beggy, into her minion, and grew attachment to her, however, she failed once again. Frustrated with Dendy’s crew, particularly K.O. and Sprig, she sought revenge. Offered a role at Disney, she took over the company and replaced their main source of power: Disney World with Jigsaw Park to trap the She eventually fused with the park as its power source, brainwashing most of the Crossover Time gang. Peggy connected with her inner child and used her Beggy form to break free from her influence, and then she separated herself with her Beggy form for good. Although somewhat changed by this, Sprig still punched him, and K.O. reported him to the authorities. Mrs. Jigsaw ended up in a maximum-security cell, now mentally unstable. It is implied that Jigsaw is still resentful towards the Crossover Time Crew as he completely lost his sanity, though Peggy hopes he’ll improve one day. It is, however, currently unknown if he ever will change his ways or not.

This also results in him becoming brainwashed herself, not having any awareness that she is trapped in her own show.
- Fluids (ex. water, Monster Energy): Just like an actual TV, Mrs. Jigsaw is weak against liquid matter because they can cause her TV head to malfunction and break upon contact.
- Digital Environment Dependence: TBA
- Show Upstaging and Interference: TBA
