Mugman is a minor character in the SMG4 series.
He first appeared in If Mario was in... Cuphead, which he helps Mario to get back to his world when his soul gets taken by the devil. Later, he makes a cameo in SMG4: The Movie Audition along with his brother Cuphead in the movie King Kong.
