               ==History==
               In 1999, SpongeBob SquarePants, Nickelodeon's most successful and longest running Nicktoon, premiered and is still airing.

               In 2010, The Adventures of Patrick Star premiered, and is still airing. This was the second cartoon series taking place in Bikini Bottom.

               In October 2011, Nick Jr. Awkward, Octopus premiered on Nickelodeon's preschool channel Nick Jr. In the same month, a new series premiered on Nickelodeon entitled Sandy Adventures. Several spin-offs have been created based on the series.

               In early December 2012, Squid Vs. Squid premiered on this channel. Squid Vs. Squid's primary channel soon changed to Squid TV in mid-2013.

               In February 2014, SpongeBob in Minecraft premiered on Nickelodeon.

               In 2018, Bikini Bottom Life is Awkward premiered on Nick Jr.

               Nick Jr. is Nickelodeon's sister channel. It airs programming aimed at a preschool audience. The first SpongeBob Fanon Wiki series to air on the channel was Nick Jr. Awkward, Octopus, which is currently running as of 2014. Since 2011, other series such as Sandy Adventures and Patrick Star have premiered on the network.
