The Picon Store is a pre-installed application/online shop for the Picon that lets you buy new games and apps. Among these include special "retro" games, which are ports of games from past systems (e.g. Sonic the Hedgehog, Mega Man, Tetris).
The store launched on November 23rd 2018, with the release of the Picon system itself.
