Plot[]
It begins with SpongeBob being marched into his cell, with a pineapple logo. He comments on how the room could really use some lace, when he is forced in. He talks to the guy next to him and discovers it's an adult named Squidward, who has a depressing view of life. SpongeBob tries to cheer him up, but just annoys him. He finally falls asleep.
The next morning SpongeBob is taken to the dining hall for breakfast, where he meets Patrick, who tells him to find a seat quickly, as Plankton is coming, and he doesn't like new people. When SpongeBob admits he's new, Patrick takes him to his seat with Gary, Squidward, and Mr. Krabs. Sandy appears as a guard, and she tells SpongeBob off for trading food before marching away.
At the end of the episode, SpongeBob writes in his journal, talking about his first day and wondering what lies ahead.
