Rock Bottom Inc. is a SpongeBob Spin-off series company founded on May 2, 2013. The owners of the company are buckyfan99 and amazing99. Unlike most spin-off companies, Rock Bottom Inc. plans on ACTUALLY ANIMATING the episodes they produce.

Rock Bottom Inc. is in the process of storyboarding, animating, and clipping audio for the release of it's new show/special, "Rock Bottom". "Rock Bottom" was going to be a 10 episode series, with longer episodes, but Rock Bottom Inc. realized how hard it was to animate, so the amount of runtime and episodes were reduced to 3-4 mins or less episodes and only 5 episodes in the series.
