Scout is one of the nine playable classes in Team Fortress 2, specializing in speed and able to get in and out of battle quickly, he wields his iconic Scattergun and Baseball Bat in battle. Scout is hired by the same team as the Heavy, in this instance being the RED Team, to fight against BLU Team.
History[]
If Mario was in...Team Fortress 2[]
A BLU Scout appears in a minor role in this episode as an secondary antagonist, beginning off with him stealing RED Team's intelligence as he shoots at the Heavy. Mario then focuses on a sandwich instead of the Scout, completely ignoring him. Scout approaches Mario and says "Yo', wassup?" as Mario attempts to kill him with little-to-no avail. Scout then kills Mario with his signature Scattergun and steals RED Team's intelligence. He stumbles across a BLU Engineer, telling him to place a dispenser down to heal him. Mario throws a mushroom towards him, making the Scout's head then shrinks, as he flies towards the sky and proceeds to yell "I am an invincible unicooooooooooooooorn!" before exploding mid-air, and dropping the intelligence for Mario to obtain. At the very end of the episode, after Mario collects the intelligence and wins the round, multiple Scout corpses from both teams can be seen strung about 2Fort's remains, some of them even being on fire, or floating in the moat underneath the bridge.
SMG4: If Mario was in... Fall Guys[]
Scout makes a cameo appearance in the costume maker with the other eliminated contestants. He is triturated by the saw and then converted into a costume for the Fall Guys to wear.
Personality[]
Scout's personality is quite similar to his canon personality from Team Fortress 2: He is arrogant, cocky, wise-cracking, and has occasional bouts of violence. However, in classic SMG4 fashion, Scout is far more unintelligent and psychopathic than in his home franchise. Scout runs very fast, tends to yell a lot, and will fire his weapons with little regard for his own safety or his teammates. When under the influence of mushrooms, Scout believes he is a unicorn and is invincible.
Trivia[]
- Scout has 7 older brothers, which makes him the youngest of his brood, and he is notable for being much faster than them.
- Scout's father's identity is unknown, but it is heavily teased that his father is actually the Spy.
- Scout's mother is currently in a romantic relationship with the Spy, further hinting at this.
