After spending the morning, SpongeBob decides to visit friends. At the beginning SpongeBob brings Gary food, however, he mistook the karma and his favorite animal went to the hospital.
Later, SpongeBob visited Patrick, who today gets his birthday. Patrick asked his best friend to bring a cake without algae, without sugar and without cream.SpongeBob came to Bikini Bottom, however, he forgot his favorite taste. After asking the cake that Patryk wanted, however, he met and he fell over and he was looking for a cake. He took the cake, however, not this one and Patrik's bad track, and that's why Patrick called him Idiot Boy.
